What the Weekend Holds
RESET — Calm in your body. Clear in your mind.
Morning nature time, silent walks, journaling, breathwork and gentle movement invite your system to slow down and restore balance.Â
CONNECT — Held, seen, never pressured.
We’ll open and close with circles, share meals, and weave in connection practices that feel human and easy. There’s always room for reflection, quiet participation, or soft presence.Â
RENEW — Feel your energy come back online.
Reconnect with vitality in a way that lasts through community, rhythm, and creativity. Offerings include a water ritual, celestial sound experience, vocal explorations and movement practices. You'll leave with take-home anchors you’ll actually use. Everything is invitational. You can pass, pause, or rest anytime.Â

Is this retreat for me?
Imagine waking up Monday morning with a quieter mind, a fuller heart, and that deep inner sense: “I’m back.” This retreat is for you if you have been longing for:
- A true reset: calmer body, clearer mind, steadier rhythmÂ
- Connection that’s warm and easy, with people who can relate
- A meaningful shift that’s gentle and grounded
- Space to hear your own inner wisdom again
- Nature, sound, creativity, play or gentle movementÂ
You’ve been giving, doing, holding. This is your invitation to reset, not through effort, but through rest, nurture, and connection that feels real.Â
Do I have to share in a group?
No. Sharing is always optional — you can choose quiet reflection, a partner, or simply listen.Â
Is the retreat spiritual?
It’s nature-based and meaning-oriented. Come as you are — curious, practical, or spiritual.Â
What if I’m introverted, tender, or not interested in group based activities?
This retreat was built with different personalities in mind. There’s space for quiet, gentle pairing, and soft connection. No pressure.Â

You're In Good Hands
Rise & Restore Retreat
Women's wellness retreats born from lived experience and shared purpose. This Rise and Restore Retreat, under the umbrella of Radiant Self Retreats, is a collaboration between Judy Bartha of Love You Up, Roxy Roth of In The Groove Studio, and Carly of Divine Evolution Healing.
Three women. One shared vision. A weekend made entirely for you.
 Judy Bartha
Judy creates warm, welcoming spaces where women can soften, be seen and reconnect to what matters. She brings a steady presence and an intuitive ability to help people feel safe without being rushed, making room for reflection, meaningful connection, and gentle transformation. Judy supports the heart of the weekend: the relational container, the circles, and the through-line that helps the experience feel cohesive and deeply held.
Carly KazakoffÂ
Carly brings heart and structure. She brings grounded care, clear facilitation and an eye for what helps people feel supported from the inside out, from the pace of the schedule to the little details that make a space feel calm and easy to settle into. Carly helps ensure the weekend feels both spacious and well-guided, with practical supports that allow restoration to actually happen.
Roxy Roth
Roxy believes in the healing power of music, the magic of whimsy, the strength of community, and the wisdom we all carry within. A Music Therapist, somatic practitioner, musician, and proud holder of a degree in Clownology, she helps connection come back online through rhythm, voice, and gently playful practices — because play is serious medicine, and music is one of the most natural ways we remember how to play. Her work creates the kind of space where women feel safe enough to soften, laugh, and finally let their guard down.
We built this weekend to hold you. Every detail, every moment.
We got you.
Stories From Our CommunityÂ
"The most impactful moment was seeing the difference it made for me and others in such a short time. It gave us tools we can use anytime to jump back in and reconnect. If life is challenging you, consider carving out this time for yourself. It offers lifelong tools and a chance to reset in ways that truly matter."
 Rena
"As a busy personal assistant, my life constantly revolves around taking care of others and honestly i forget to take care of myself. But this retreat was a safe place for me to be able to do that. From the moment I arrived i felt an incredible sense of belonging.. The supportive environment made it easy to open up connect and share. It was everything I didn't realize I needed.....I left this retreat feeling rejuvenated, with practical tools and insights that I could implement into my personal life when I got home."
